Abstract
Educational systems are under increasing pressure to reduce costs while maintaining or improving outcomes for students. To improve educational productivity, In the United States, online learning alternatives are proliferating rapidly. The purpose of this report is to support educational administrators and policymakers in becoming informed consumers of information about online learning and its potential impact on educational productivity.
