Joann Lime

Joann Lime is the Chief Human Resources Officer at SRI International and leads the Human Resources function. She has more than 25 years of HR experience developing and implementing people strategies that maximize performance and engagement, and drive business outcomes.

Preceding this role, Lime served as interim Learning and Organizational Development Director and led the team to drive high engagement and performance. In this role, she designed and implemented talent review and succession planning programs to identify and retain critical talent, and established baseline employee lifecycle metrics to analyze performance.

Prior to joining SRI, Lime was most recently an independent consultant focusing on organizational effectiveness in complex operating environments across a number of organizations and industries including Genentech, Levi Strauss & Co., Nike, Stanford University, and Gap Inc.

Lime holds a B.A. in International Business and Management from Oregon State University.
