Clinical Psychologist, Human Sleep Research Program
Simone Behar-Seilo, Ph.D., joined SRI International in 2022 as a research clinical psychologist. She works across different projects including the National Consortium on Alcohol and NeuroDevelopment in Adolescence (NCANDA) and Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) studies, and provides clinical oversight and assessments as needed for all studies. She has a long-standing interest in psychological health in adolescents, both from a research and a clinical perspective. Behar-Seilo is a practicing licensed clinical psychologist in the State of California and specializes in child and adolescent mental health.
Behar-Seilo obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in neuropsychology and child and family treatment, from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto. She is a licensed clinical psychologist with the state of California.
