At a PARC Forum focused on “moonshot” innovations, SRI posed a simple question to attendees: “What technological advancements would you like to see created in the next 25 years?”
The diverse responses ranged from Star Trek-inspired scanners to lifespan extension, empathetic learning technologies, and teleportation devices.
By asking what we want from technology rather than just predicting it, we can encourage intentional innovation that connects us with families and friends and improves our health and quality of life.
